Julie Taylor

After two rounds of postpartum depression, Julie decided to start sharing her story in hopes of helping others find their way through their own darkness. Since then she has shared on various websites and podcasts, and uses her own platform to promote personal development and the importance of being yourself. She recently wrote a book titled, “You Do You: A How To”, aimed at helping women know their worth and unlock their potential through wellness and positive action. She studied Exercise and Wellness at Brigham Young University and spent years as a hairstylist, but feels most at home writing and speaking and connecting with people. She lives in the Connecticut suburbs with her husband and their three young children where they enjoy hiking, day tripping to NYC, and sometimes just surviving until bedtime. Her life is a series of “I will nevers” gone awry but it all feels so right.
